We have two hospital locations in Perth — Bethesda Claremont Hospital on Queenslea Drive and Bethesda Mount Hospital on Mounts Bay Road — so please ensure you confirm the address before coming to Bethesda.
Coming to Bethesda Claremont Hospital
Your Doctor will provide you with a pamphlet containing information about our easy online preadmission form. If you need assistance, please contact our Admissions Team on (08) 9340 6300.
Most prospective in-patients will be contacted by the Preadmission Nurse one to two days before admission.
Coming to Bethesda Mount Hospital
We offer a complimentary Preadmission Clinic service to better prepare you for your hospital stay. Please allow up to one hour to complete the preadmission process through the clinic.
Our Preadmission Clinic is located onsite in the Mount Medical Centre, Suite 46, Level 4, 146 Mounts Bay Road, Perth.
