Accreditation Made Easy
In order to admit patients, operate, or render professional services with Bethesda Health Care, Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and Accredited Practitioners must be accredited to hold clinical privileges.
Bethesda Health Care now operates two hospitals – Bethesda Claremont and Bethesda Mount (formerly Mount Private Hospital). The processes for being accredited for each hospital are different. Being accredited for one hospital, does not automatically accredit you for the other.
How Accreditation Works
- Click on the button above, and select the hospital you wish to request to be accredited at.
- You will be prompted to submit some key information to allow us to review the request.
- If successful you will receive an email with an invitation to complete further information, and instructions on how to do this.
- At this stage you will be asked to upload key documents for your application, such as current Medical Indemnity Insurance, referees and mandatory training evidence.
