Bethesda Health Care’s Metropolitan Palliative and Community Care Service (MPaCCS) is inviting applications from dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurses to join our dynamic palliative care team. This is a permanent part-time role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and quality of life within the community.
About the Role
In this role, you will actively promote best-practice nursing care for residents and their family carers through education, mentorship, and hands-on leadership. You will support facility staff in delivering evidence-based, holistic palliative care, ensuring that end-of-life care is compassionate, respectful, and of the highest quality.
While primarily based in Perth’s South and South Eastern metropolitan areas, occasional support in the Northern suburbs may be required.
