We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join our Palliative Care Unit, located along the scenic banks of the Swan River. This is a key leadership role where you will contribute to high-quality patient care and foster positive relationships within a dedicated specialist team.
About You
You are a compassionate and energetic leader with at least five years of nursing experience, including two years in a relevant specialty. You bring a commitment to excellence in person-centred care, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Your advanced nursing skills and leadership capabilities make you an asset to our team.
